All rentals are final. Rents can be transfer to another room free of charge within the first 24 hours of occupying. Cost to Move In

Example: If monthly rent is $800. You only pay $200 weekly & $200 security deposit with an $89 Administrative fee. In total, you will only pay $489.00.

How do I get my deposit back?

All deposits are refunded within 48 hours after you officially move out. To qualify, your move-out request must be both emailed and called in to management in advance. Please make sure the room is left clean and in good condition to avoid any deductions from your deposit.
